Health is not excluded to our physical bodies. Tending to our mental, spiritual, emotional, economic, environmental and social wellbeing is just as important as addressing our physical needs. The focus on total wellbeing is essential to our life satisfaction. If one aspect of our health is at a deficit, it impact the wellness of the other areas of our life. We cannot operate at our fullest potential or realize our greatest joy if we neglect any particular aspect of total health.
